Hey everyone! I hope you had a restful, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday season. We didn’t get much rest over here, but we’ve continued to move the ball down the field to add value to our NFT project. We truly believe 2021 was the year of introducing NFTs and Web3, and 2022 will be the year where the utility will reign supreme. 💪 And we’re here for it! 🙌 Although we’re only 6 weeks into the project since the partial mint, we’ve been ramping things up on our end. 🚀
This will be a short post but we’ll keep you in the loop on some small developments on our end!
Learn2Earn Launch: We’re still preparing for the January 17th launch of the Learn2Earn #BellaChallenge. We touched on it a couple of newsletters ago, and we’ll have official rules and details next Monday to share with the community. Our goal with this NFT Project was to get families and students working together around an NFT project. That’s why we had the Holiday Art challenge, the Fan Art challenge, and the Meme challenge. We recognized there is a need for families to have a safe space to interact and get onboarded to Web3 and we wanted to be one place where it can get started. BUT, we’ll be turning it up for more and more.
EDU Platform: On the edutainment platform, we’ve been working like crazy to add worksheets, teachers guides, and supplemental information for learners. In just the last eight weeks, we’ve uploaded over 150 worksheets and resources, with many more in the pipeline!
More Giveaways: Soon we’ll be doing giveaways of more merch, our science and engineering kits, and some other cool prizes to our Discord community, especially our token holders. We know the floor isn’t where we want it to be, but we have two choices: continue to invest in developing value or spend it all to artificially inflate the value. We believe real token holders and Believe in Bella advocates will see the long-term potential we’re building here and will keep supporting us along the way. We rather invest in those who believe, versus those who don’t.
Code Bella Mini-Game Debut: We’ll be debuting one of our mini-games at the end of the month. This one has a learning slant for our early learners, and the subsequent games will be more entertainment-aligned, but we felt the best way to start with a mini-game was to stay true to our mission of providing cool resources and opportunities for students around the globe. And best of all, you can enter submissions into the Bella challenge from playing Code Bella, our first mini-game. And please remember, we’re starting with something very, very simple to start, so please don’t expect Roblox meets Fortnite on day 1.
Mo-Cap Animation: We started testing out our motion capture suits and the quality is remarkable! Not only will it serve as content for our games, animated series, but we’ll also start using them for select edutainment classes. Instead of talking about Mars, imagine being submerged into a 3D environment! Suddenly, our 2D classes become three-dimensional, and we’re excited about that. If you haven’t seen some of our demos, definitely check out the Sneak Peaks in our Discord channel. 😃
Kelley will also be interviewed on Twitter Spaces tomorrow with the Tech Rabbi on his Non-Fungible Teaching Show this Tuesday at 9 PM EST. Make sure to check out our Twitter handle to check it out!
So that’s about it, we’re still moving forward, building value, and we believe this will compound in a significant way, and we thank you for continuing to join us on this journey! #BelieveinBella
