In writing this, I thought it was important I address some of the thought processes of why we do what we do, what inspired us, and how we add value to the community we’re entering. Anyone jumping into a space just to jump into it isn’t what we ever do. We only do it if we can add value to the space, innovate, and do something interesting that would push the space forward. As a true Trekkie, I love that feeling when I see something in Deep Space 9, The Next Generation, and Voyager that is a product or service that is offered today.
Over the past year, we’ve been following the NFT space, a space that excites me in a way I haven’t been excited for in a long time. Where every day we learn ways people are applying the technology in interesting and cool ways and seeing how so many are building unique and interesting communities to bring people together around ideas. It’s the hope and imagination that captures me, the ideas of what is possible have always been a core part of the internet and my love of technology.
In following for the past year, we also started testing out animated characters on our teaching platform, Blue Studios.io. Engagement increased and we started doing more and more animated character classes. Then we thought, wouldn’t it be cool if we did an animated series? And that’s where the Adventures of Bella the Blue Bot originated.
Doing an animated series just to do it felt inadequate. Doing an animated series with a decentralized community felt right. We started to wonder what would it look like if some of the largest animated studios had started today, and they would all start as NFT projects. They would take input from the community for storylines, they would have their most passionate supporters gain from the upside, and they would give back to the outside community of children and families early and often.
Enter, BlueStudiosNFT, the world’s first Play2Earn and Learn2Earn community leveraging an animated series, metaverse, and streaming learning platform.
